Because Phoenix is such a wonderfully diverse City with a dynamic urban center, I have chosen to live within one of the Historic communities close to downtown Phoenix. My reasons were varied: I wanted to live in an older home, with no cookie-cutter aspect. i wanted an easy commute to all parts of the Valley. I also wanted to know my neighbors, not just wave at them. Coronado is the neighborhood I have chosen to live in and work in.
